All guests must check out daily. While lockers are reserved for you throughout your stay, sleeping pods are not available for use between 10:00 – 13:00 to facilitate cleaning. Please make sure to take your belongings with you or leave them in the lockers when going out. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

If you will be arriving later than your designated check-in time, please call us. If we don’t hear from you and you do not check-in on time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Payment of each day should be made separately in advance at the beginning of each consecutive day or can be made in advance during check-in for the total number of days you intend to stay.
Payment can be made by cash or via credit card (VISA, Master, American Express, JCB).
Luggage that does not fit in the lockers can be checked-in at the front desk, even after you have checked out. We will only hold your luggage on the day that it was checked-in. This should not include valuable items. You are solely responsible for the security of your own valuables during your stay with us upon which we will not be held accountable.
Check-in begins at 14pm and you have until 12pm the following morning to check out. No extension will be given nor entertained.
Parking is not provided.
Hourly parking lots are available in surrounding areas. Ask a staff member for details.
After check-in, when leaving the facility please return the key of the shoe box to the front desk. If you lose your key during your stay, We will hold the exchange fee /deposit. Please note that your deposit would be refunded at any time upon returning of the shoe box key even after your check-out date
A bath towel and a toothbrush can be found inside your locker. Hair dryers and Iron can be requested from our staff. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided in each shower unit.
Locking of sleeping pods is not allowed. Please keep your valuables and other items safety by yourself.
There are no laundry facilities (washing machines) on the premises.
Food and drinks are available at the facility, but you are free to bring your own. Please use the lounges or locker room when eating or drinking, as doing so within your sleeping pod is not allowed.
Damaged or sullied bedding, intentional or otherwise, is subject to a cleaning fee.
